SunVibe Electricals is an Ahmedabad-based distributor and dealer of premium solar products — Waaree modules, Growatt inverters, LFP storage systems, DC cables, and balance-of-system components — serving B2C rooftop buyers and B2B installers and EPC contractors across Gujarat since 2018. For years the business ran entirely on manual processes: orders came in by phone, quotes were written by hand one by one, e-way bills and e-invoices were generated manually for every shipment, and there was no single view of stock across warehouse locations. Warehouse staff couldn't action an order without a phone call to admin, and there was no online presence for customers to discover or purchase products. As order volumes grew, so did the errors, delays, and overhead — the business had outgrown its processes but had no system built for the way solar distribution actually works. SunVibe needed the entire order-to-delivery workflow automated, from the moment a customer places an order to the moment the warehouse ships it and the invoice lands in Zoho Books.

Every screen, on every device, reading from the same source of truth.
A fully responsive e-commerce site where customers browse modules, inverters, storage systems, and cables by category, compare products, and place orders online — no phone call required. B2B buyers register, view full order history, download GST-compliant invoices, and track shipments from their profile. Every order placed on the storefront instantly appears in the admin dashboard via real-time server-sent events — no manual entry, no delay.
A Windows desktop app giving management a native interface for the whole operation: full order lifecycle tracking, product and category management, multi-warehouse inventory with stock adjustments and damage logging, customer management with Zoho Books CRM sync, and automated invoice generation that eliminated the manual e-invoice work that used to consume the accounts team. A live dashboard shows revenue KPIs, recent orders, and low-stock alerts the moment the app opens.
A Flutter companion covering every core admin module — orders, inventory, products, invoices, reports, warehouses — with Firebase push notifications so managers stay on top of new orders and stock events on the go.
A role-specific app for warehouse staff: stock overview by location, a real-time order queue with fulfillment actions, inventory movement history, and stock audit workflows to reconcile physical counts. A single login manages multiple warehouses, and every stock update propagates instantly to the admin ERP and the storefront's availability data.
A floor-ready Flutter app for order management, inventory tracking, and stock audits, with Firebase push notifications alerting staff the instant a new order is assigned — replacing the phone calls that used to trigger every fulfillment.
One FastAPI backend serves all five applications: JWT auth and role-based access, full order lifecycle management, multi-warehouse stock tracking with movement logs, Zoho Books integration for customer sync and invoicing, AWS S3 for media, Valkey for caching and rate limiting, GST-aware pricing, and server-sent events pushing real-time updates to every connected client.
Storefront: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, GSAP. Admin & warehouse desktop: React, Vite, Electron, TanStack Query. Mobile: Flutter, Riverpod, Dio, Firebase. Backend: Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Alembic, Valkey, AWS S3. Integrations: Zoho Books CRM, Firebase Cloud Messaging.
SunVibe went from phone calls and hand-written quotes to a fully automated digital operation. Customers browse and order online; quotes generate automatically; e-way bills and e-invoices that once took hours per order are now handled by the system. Warehouse staff get order assignments on their phones and fulfill them from the app. Managers see live revenue, stock, and order KPIs the moment they open the dashboard. B2B customers download their own GST invoices without calling the office, every stock movement is logged and auditable, and invoice data flows automatically into Zoho Books.
“A business that ran entirely on phone calls since 2018 now runs on a single connected platform.”
