Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Beabud, we strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with our digital design and development services. Because our work involves custom labor and dedicated time, our refund policy operates under the following structure.

Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel a service agreement within 3 business days of the initial payment, provided that the project has not yet commenced. If work has already begun, any partial refund will be prorated based on the hours and resources already expended.

Refunds

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital assets and custom code, we generally do not offer full refunds once final deliverables are handed over. However, if you are unsatisfied with the intermediate milestones, you may request a halt in production and a partial refund corresponding to the uncompleted phases of the project.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically credited back to your original method of payment.
