Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of digital design, web development, and application development services (the "Services") by Beabud ("we", "us", "our") to you (the "Client"). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services & Scope of Work

We provide custom digital experiences, including website architecture, UI/UX design, and native application development. The specific deliverables, milestones, and timelines for your project will be detailed in a separate, mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or official project proposal. Any requests outside the original scope will be subject to additional fees and timeline adjustments.

2. Client Responsibilities

The successful execution of our Services relies on your timely cooperation. The Client agrees to provide all necessary brand assets, copy, API keys, and feedback within the agreed timeframes. Delays in providing necessary materials may result in corresponding delays to the project timeline.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client is granted full ownership and intellectual property rights to the final deliverables (source code, design files, and compiled applications). Beabud retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) explicitly prohibits it.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in the project proposal, all projects require an upfront deposit before work commences. The remaining balance is tied to specific project milestones and must be cleared prior to the final handover or deployment of the project to production environments.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we build robust and scalable systems, Beabud shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions) arising out of the use or inability to use our deliverables, third-party API failures, or server downtimes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the provision of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
